Kitchen Clean-Out//Overhaul

1 1/2 hrs $75

Personalized once over of your kitchen space to evaluate areas needing improvement and gaining ideas about new ways to organize. We will be looking to maximize efficiency while learning about healthy product swaps for your favorite or frequently purchased items. Your refrigerator, freezer, pantry space a general kitchen set up will be addressed. You will feel confident about moving forward

 

Plant-Based Grocery Tour

1 1/2 hrs $75

Join me on a tour of Town and Country Market to learn where to find the healthiest choices. We will go over all my favorite (found through lots of trial and error) plant-based staples and the best alternatives for all the foods you would like to limit or eliminate. This shopping tour is incredible helpful coupled with the Kitchen Clean-Out and makes a very productive time together.

 

Kitchen Coaching

Weekly/ Bi-Weekly/ As Desired

2 hr minimum $40 per hour + grocery costs, $25 planning/shopping fee

Completely tailored to your needs. Can be help with organizing your kitchen in a way that allows you to prepare healthy meals with confidence. Can be focused on reducing animal products and learning about the best alternatives for you and your family. We can focus on learning how to ‘veganize’ your favorite recipes. Everything we do will focus on new techniques and new ingredients to build both your kitchen confidence and your recipe index. Perhaps the best part is being able to eat all your hard work.

I am the Mom of two beautiful and smart adult (gulp!) children

 

My husband and I live in a over 100-year-old house and actually enjoy the slow remodeling projects it requires (crazy, I know)

 

I have completed many 200 mile bicycle rides in 1 day, many century bicycle rides, a marathon, several half-marathons and an Olympic distance triathlon, but right now my true exercise love is Tennis and lots of it.

 

Our pets are members of our family, so far we have had several wonderful cats, dogs, a hedgehog named Thistle and a Tortise named Gus

 

I enjoy anything that makes me laugh, in fact I watch the same goofy comedy movies over and over just to be guaranteed a good laugh.

 

I give blood on a pretty regular schedule.

 

My favorite junk food is French Onion Dip and Ruffles

 

I collect cookbooks (not really a surprise, I know) but, I really love them and read them like novels—cover to cover.

 

Halloween is by far my VERY favorite holiday

We are all on our own personal journeys, I meet my clients where they are, and am always judgement free.

 

I don’t believe in perfection, anywhere for anyone.

 

There are a lot of different reasons people become interested with vegetarian/veganism and everyone of them are valuable. There is no wrong reason or way to begin adopting healthy changes.
