After working so closely with Stephanie on her website, and enjoying amazing lunches she made for our meetings, I was swayed by her excitement about eating in a more compassionate, environmentally healthy way. So today, April Fools Day, I am starting my 12-week adventure with Chef Steph into a meat-free existence!
